Location was great! A short walk in one direction to the Tram and in the other to the Center of the City. Our room was exceptionally large as it featured a separate living room from the bedroom. The breakfast buffet was impressive and offered lots of choices. We filled up and then could skip lunch.

Extremely comfortable, spacious room. Beds were very nice. Location was amazing. Staff was professional and friendly.
We were excited about the pool and hot tub, but the facilities required payment and were more exercise-focused than leisure-focused.

The location was amazing and the staff at reception was supportive every time we reached out to them.
The bad mattress was old and not comfortable. The hallways in the holte smelled bad. The hotel requires a renovation. The wellness world experience is not very good, the staff did not understand english very much and provided almost zero info about their services.

The room was comfortable. There was a water machine in the hallway to refill your water bottle, kettle, or cup. The gym and sauna were very nice and offered water and fruit. We ate at the bistro attached to the hotel. We were in a hurry and our service was quick and delicious.

The location was great. Pillow was so comfy. We were pleased by the Housekeeping and receptionists were so helpfull and cheerful.
The rugs made us a little allergic, ı reccommend to make
renovations of the rugs.

It was a great location, room was pretty nice, so was shower, and good quality soaps and shampoo.
Staff was friendly, hotel was very clean.
It was good, except I was looking forward for hot tub, and they didn’t put it anywhere that it would be closed, so we went to the pool area, dressed in the swimsuits and ready to enjoy hot tub and only then we were told that it’s too expensive for hotel to keep it open in the winter. Honestly, that was weird to hear, in the US Hilton hotels you would never run into such a thing.

Location is great, right in the historical center of the city. Underground garage is spacious, however quite expensive (28Euro/night)
This hotel is old and extremely worn – this applies to absolutely everything, from the furniture and interiors to the bedding itself. The rooms feature an outdated design reminiscent of the early 1990s, but the real issue lies in their state of disrepair and the quality of cleaning. While my room was relatively clean, all the cornices and curtains were heavily covered in cobwebs. This is perhaps the worst Hilton property I have ever had the misfortune of staying at.
