This hotel is located in the city square where everything is happening. We even can hear the concert from the event in the square (it's finish early, so not disturb us at all). The room is big and facility is good.
There is no staff in the evening, but you can take a small snack from the bar (just inform them with a note).

Great location and the staff are really friendly!!! Also the room has a good space.
The room had a very bad smelling. Looks like someone stinking very badly. Also it was quite pricey, 270 for a night.

The apartment was very spacious, beds were comfortable and the location was fantastic. Perfect for Christmas Markets.
Some internal renovations happening which we were not informed of meaning we had to walk over an uneven construction site in the courtyard to access our room.
I have mobility issues and uneven surfaces/boards are not ideal for me to walk over, especially when the area is not well lit.
Only one pillow each.
The apartment could have been cleaner, lots of cobwebs and some little bugs (ladybug and a couple of spiders). Very sparse in terms of supplies - there is a coffee machine but no pods or supplies to make a coffee with. No teabags etc. No cleaning supplies or dishwasher pods. No individual toiletries, only one combined shower gel/shampoo and soap bars at bathroom sinks.
The listing advised we would have bottled water but there was none - not ideal when you're a thirsty traveller after a long journey with medication to take! The apartment was also very warm and with no clear instructions on how to operate the air conditioning, we couldn't get it to cool down much meaning we had to open all the windows. Not ideal for security on a ground floor apartment but also not ideal for noise as we were then woken at 7am by noise from outside.
The reception is only manned until 5pm so no-one there to raise issues with and we were not asked on check out how our stay had been.
This apartment cost almost 3x what we paid for a night in Prague and it was 2x more than we paid to stay in Berlin and to be honest, it was not worth the extra money. We'd come back to Dresden in a heartbeat and are already planning a trip for 2024 but we will not be staying here again.
