The apartments location is very close to the Great Garden, it has a tram stop within 3 min walk as well as shops and restaurants close by. It's convenient for daily grocery shopping as well as easy access to the city center for sightseeing or the train station for trips out of town.
The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms. Even though it's located in the Souterrain of the house it feels quite airy and has natural light.
It is clean and the underfloor heating works really well. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.
The apartment was clean and everything was in excellent working condition.
The apartment is quiet which ensures a fabulous night sleep. Beds are comfy.
The host was really friendly and welcoming, having collected a lot of brochures for sightseeing and trips and was also great with some personal tips and tricks.
It's a phantastic location at a great price.
We can recommend it and would chose the same apartment again for our next trip, if available.
The internet can be a bit wonky but you are not in Dresden to surf, so it didn't bother us.

Wonderful
very friendly owner who welcomed me. The flat was very clean as in the photos. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice and safe neighborhood. Close to park and also easy reachable with public transportation. Quiet and peaceful, grocery store around the corner.

The price is not more expensive than hotels, but with its own kitchen and a small courtyard, supermarkets are all within a 5-minute walk, Kaufland and Lidl. The location was remote from the center, but this was not a problem, since the tram runs every 10 minutes. The apartment is clean and tidy, the shower room is also clean. friendly young man, rented accommodation the same day two hours before arrival, without any confirmation from the owner.

Everything was perfect. You can park straight infront of appartment. Owner lives in the same house, so there is no problem with keys. They speak also english, so don't be afraid if You can't speak german. Store are 5 minutes by walk. Nice park is also near. We will definitely be back!

Great place, near park ideal for walk or running. Excelent equipment of apartment. Owner is nice guy. I am happy that I picked this place.
