The host was there to meet us and was a very pleasant person, the bedroom was clean peaceful and very comfortable there was a nice dining room if you wanted to prepare your own food with good kitchen facilities plus from the main train station the tram number 7 drops you about 3 minutes walk away.
There was nothing not to like.

The owner was very friendly and responded to all our needs quickly and with a smile. The location is quiet and pleasant, with a beautiful garden available to guests. Public transport is excellent, and all necessary shops and services are nearby.

The guest house is quite comfortable. The property is very clean and equipped with all necessary facilities. You will find no spider or even a fly in the kitchen nor in a vast dining room.
There are waiting different kinds of shampoos for guests. The rooms' windows look at a beautiful and dense garden. The owner says rare and endangered species of animals live there. I really had a chance to see one but I will not tell you - You have to come and see by yourself. There is a small tower integrated with the property building. You can go up there after obtaining agreement of the owner. You will find the big black treasure box up the stairs but I was not allowed to open it. I did not ask for agreement.
The beds are too wide. It's hard to find each other.
