Free minibar drinks, very quiet and peaceful at night. Okay for a 1-night stay without any expectations
The holiday pricing was clearly far too high. This hotel does not live up to a 4-star standard — I would say it’s a solid 3-star at best. The room had a bed with a worn-out, sagging mattress, and there was no basic amenities kit with cotton pads, sewing kit, etc. The shower was very basic, and the breakfast was average, not really tasty. No tea kettle in the room

The kitchen staff gentleman was very kind. We did not stay because the area a little sketchy for a tourist. It is in a local area and far away from any places like churches or cafes or shops.
Location of the property. Not able to talk to anyone early. Ended up not being able to stay but the staff in the kitchen were so helpful. Such a kind man. Had to pay as we cancelled when we saw property but that was the policy. It is what the policy says. If you want to be close to things and do not have a car this is not your place. But note the people there are very kind.

'Stay fancy' is the motto if the hotel, and the place definitely stands to it. The room was great, with a big TV, comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. One more unexpected bonus - free refreshments in the fridge, and not just water (a couple of bottles) but also a bottle of coke, a bottle of an apple fizzy dri k and also a beer - cold and tasty! Also it was possible to open the windows - very important for me, cos it was too hot for my liking. The staff is friendly and helpful, I gave the guy at reception hard time with the invoice but he quickly and efficiently helped.
I'd like to mention the surroundings of the hotel, too. It is located in a calm residential area, the center is pretty far, about 40 min walk, but public transport goes regularly, and the choice is big - from the local trams moving in different directions to buses and the city train (S1). You can buy tickets either on the stops or in the transport. The tram ticket lasts for an hour, and you can use it for the nus, too.
Beware: the lifts closed the doors very fast, be careful to use the room card and press the right buttons as quickly as tou can. :-)

Terrible service. We were charged twice due to their fault, and four weeks later, they still haven't refunded us. Even though the employee apologized on behalf of the hotel director, there has been no follow-up action. Poor service. I do not recommend this hotel.
The room itself wasn't very clean; the bed, including the mattress and pillows, were very old and not comfortable. There was no kettle, coffee, or bathrobe in the room. The water hadn't been refilled since the day we arrived, so we had to constantly search for a supermarket.

Pretty clean, nice view
Bed was extremely stiff and uncomfortable, the walls were thin, you could hear every car and bird passing by. The Headrest of the bed had scratches in it and oily palm marks, you only notice it in the sun but it's a bit gross. The Refridgerator was broken so the food i put in there went bad.
