Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.
The bed was very soft and pillows were flat. The pizzas they sold in the evening were overpriced and probably from Netto. Very disappointing.

We stayed over the Easter Weekend in Dresden. The Hotel ist Clean and comfortable. Out room was a good size and clean. A complimentary bottle of water every day was also a good Idea. On Easter Sunday the Easter Bunny left some goodies at our door. ;)That was a very nice surprise too. The Breakfast is yummy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We didn't try the Dinner or Bar or the Pool and Sauna because we were more roaming the streets of Dresden. The location is good too. You can walk to the old City or take the Tram. It is easy access. I can fully recommend this Hotel. Excellent!

Tram stop right outside, quite good location and value for the money.
You have to pay extra for a lot of staff - 5€ extra for the pool, 5€ extra for the gym, 2,5€ extra for bathrobes…
