Tram stop right outside, quite good location and value for the money.
You have to pay extra for a lot of staff - 5€ extra for the pool, 5€ extra for the gym, 2,5€ extra for bathrobes…

Very good location - in city center. Hotel have nice breakfast. Rooms are clean and big, very suitable for families with kids. Its the 3rd time we stay here with family.

there's a tramline outside the hotel or else you can walk 15-20 mins to the city centre

The staff were amazing and extremely helpful, particularly Lucas. The rooms were large and clean. We had a wonderful time, thankyou. We did find the pool cool for our liking.

The location is very convenient. Good option to stay for a few days as a City break hotel. It is clean, breakfasts are ok. You have a swimming pool and access to sauna.
Shared access to the sauna and swimming pool with a fitness club might be an issue if you're with kids. No free parking for guests might be an issue. But there is an alternative nearby and not as expensive as in a hotel. .

Conveniently located. Parking available. Number of amenities offered.
The pillows were way too thin. An extra thin pillow was provided but did not help the lack of fluffiness of a pillow.
Cleaning crew knocked around 8:00am at door on the day of check out. Rude!!!
