Wonderful
The staff was absolutely lovely and gave us great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town and several shopping centers. Although it’s located on a main road, the rooms are perfectly quiet — we didn’t hear a thing. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay.

Exceptional
We totally loved our stay at the Dorint hotel. It was easy to find, the staff was very helpful, the family room was not that big, but more than enough for me and my 3 kids. The beds and pillows were comfortable, even the sofa bed was very comfortable .. which is not always the case in other hotels. The spa was nice and there is a very nice lady who takes care of it and even checks the quality of the water to be sure that everything is as it should be. And the Breakfast! I give it a 11/10 for the variety of choices of warm or cold, salty or sweet things. There is a pancake machine (kids loved it) and if you want something special with the eggs, you can ask for it. That's cool !! Be sure to ask for the breakfast end time, though, because we arrived on a weekend and on the following monday, it ended earlier. Hopefully we arrived a few minutes before the end and the staff gently let us know to serve ourselves as much as possible because they were about to close. Nice touch ?

Pleasant
Central location not far away from the city center.
Pool, sauna, and bathrobe cost extra and are not included. There was mold in the shower cabin.

Conveniently located. Parking available. Number of amenities offered.
The pillows were way too thin. An extra thin pillow was provided but did not help the lack of fluffiness of a pillow. Cleaning crew knocked around 8:00am at door on the day of check out. Rude!!!

Wonderful
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Old Town was within walking distance. I’d like to point out that the hotel is very family-friendly. Towels and a separate bed for our child were prepared in advance. Our daughter even received a teddy bear. The breakfast was delicious and varied.
There was only one small downside: there wasn’t enough shower gel for three people.

Wonderful
The rooms and bathroom were quite spacious. The breakfast selection was exceptional. The location was great for exploring the city and park and close to supermarkets and a tram stop right across the street.
The towels were small.

room was OK for two adults and two children - sofa bed was decent. bathroom was spacious and clean excellent reception service, advice and guidance on parking breakfast was very good location is exceptional just on the tram stop towards the city open public parking is just behind the hotel with free spots and really decent price compared to the hotel parking

Disappointing
The size of the room is good and comfortable for 2 people. The receptionists are friendly.
1. We were surprised to find that there was no kettle or even basic tea or coffee provided in the room. When we called the reception to ask about it, the staff also confirmed that it’s “not normal” for a 4-star hotel to lack such basic amenities. They're only provided after requested. 2. There was also no mini fridge in the room. The area where a fridge should have been was either locked or blocked off. And there is just 1 free small glass of water. 3. In the bathroom, only one bottle of 3-in-1 shower gel (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) was provided, which felt very basic. 4.The pillows were extremely soft and flat, making them uncomfortable to sleep on. The quilts were thin, so you may feel a bit cold at night. 5.The towels in the bathroom were incorrect—smaller and thinner than expected. We had to call housekeeping to replace them, and they also confirmed that the wrong ones had been placed. 6.The wellness area, including the swimming pool, was not included in the room rate. It required an additional €5 entrance fee per person, plus around €2.5 for a bathrobe rental. 7. Breakfast was just decent, wasn't crazy good as expected. But the staff at the food area were unfriendly and poorly trained. When potatoes ran out around 9 AM, she just dismissively said “No, no” without explanation when asked if she could refill them, although the manager later apologized for the shortage. Overall, the hotel came across as quite stingy and disappointing for a 4-star standard, missing several expected basics such as a kettle, mini fridge, proper towels, comfortable pillows, and complimentary access to wellness facilities. It felt more like a 3-star hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting a true 4-star experience.

Disappointing
room was ok, location was pretty good and connected to public transport, no charging station for e-cars though
We had a pleasant experience in general. Unfortunately we were disappointed because we could not use the pool. When checking in we asked what time the pool would open in the morning, but this morning we were informed that the pool is not available until 11:30 (which was after check out time). My children were really looking forward using the pool and it was the main reason I booked this hotel because of the swimming pool, therefore I will not book this hotel again.

The breakfast was superb; very complete and good! My children are still mentioning the pancake machine :D Also the rest of the hotel and restaurant were very good.
The pool water was a bit too cold and the pillows on the bed were too thin (I had to fold my pillow twice to have a bit of a normal pillow width, so had to wake up often during the night to re-fold my pillow).

Very Good
The location is very central. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a restaurant and bar onsite. The Frauenkirche is around a 10 - 15 minute walk, as are several other sights. Good breakfast and clean rooms.
