The location is very central. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a restaurant and bar onsite. The Frauenkirche is around a 10 - 15 minute walk, as are several other sights. Good breakfast and clean rooms.

The breakfast was superb; very complete and good! My children are still mentioning the pancake machine :D Also the rest of the hotel and restaurant were very good.
The pool water was a bit too cold and the pillows on the bed were too thin (I had to fold my pillow twice to have a bit of a normal pillow width, so had to wake up often during the night to re-fold my pillow).

Excellent room for business person, good desk for working plus bath as well as shower! Location is good for the centre. Staff super helpful and polite.

Wow! What can I say. I mean the hotel is just excellent in every aspect and we loved our holidays in Dresden for the very reason that every evening after the city sight seeing had been done, we looked forward to coming back to the hotel. Our kids loved the pool and the buffet breakfast was amazing too. The staff was super super friendly and nice and everything was clean and nice. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Dresden.

Great location, breakfast was good, room was very clean.
1. Extra costs (5€ entry+ 2,5€ for bathrobe) for using a pool which is very small. 2. The pillows were terrible, thin and not comfortable at all.
