The location is good, it is near the main attractions so the overview is also perfect.The room is clean and tidy,with well equipped kitchen.The staff were all nice and polite,and we were able to keep our bags before check-in and after check-out time so we could still explore the area.

It was a very clean place, right in the center of town. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Having multiple entrances made it very accessible.
It was a little pricey and we spent more than we would have. But it outweighed the location by far.

1) Convenient location: Short walks to visit the major sights we were interested in and easy walk over the bridge to New Town. Very good burgers and Vietnamese restaurants right downstairs.
2) Comfortable large space with: fully equipped kitchen and easy to use appliances, cosy dining area, large bathroom with good hot water shower, nice firm sofa(bed we did not pull out/use). Husband would prefer a firmer bed but it was okay for me and large enough for to small-sized people.
3) Cost per night was reasonable and the breakfast buffet was very generous all you can eat...6 different cold cereals, variety of breads and spreads along with cheeses and cold cuts, yogurts, fruits, hot fluffy scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, sausage patties, pancakes, excellent coffee machine with selection of coffee types.
4) Hotel team was courteous and helpful. Front desk let us check-in by 13:00 since our room was ready.
The dining chairs could use could use new upholstery as they looked quite worn.

If you are planning a trip to Dresden, look no further. This property is at the centre of everything. Located next to the royal palace. All the museums ate there within 50 mtrs of radius. Tram station is almost at its gate.

Very central, the 6th floor bar (Felix) which was wonderful, overlooked the Zwinger. A couple of blocks away from a lovely beer festival garden. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Very reasonably priced for what you get and location.
