Great location, nice staff, and comfortable and spacious room.
The room and the corridor had a weird smell, the staff did not clean our room when we requested, and the breakfast was not very complete/did not have many options.

I know the area and familiar location was good for me. The bed was very comfortable.
I could smell cigarettes smoke in my room one morning and I think there is a hidden leak in bathroom or around as the stink from it was often really uncomfortable to bear.

I found location difficult to walk but once I knew the bus and tram route numbers it was very easy. Breakfast was basic but very good. Supermarket is over the road from the hotel.
Initially difficult to find. Not in a very attractive location. On a busy street.

+Excellent location in walking distance to both Dresden Messe and the Zwinger.
+Sound isolation: Although my window looked at the huge road, the traffic sounds were blocked perfectly.
+In general, another great B&B hotel: affordable, clean, with all you could need available in the room.
