Very fast check-in – minimal questions, maximum efficiency. The young woman at the reception explained everything clearly, and the whole process took no more than five minutes. There’s also the option to check in without interacting with the staff by using a self-service machine located near the reception. The room was clean, with very little dust on surfaces; the bathroom was convenient, spotless, and had hot water with good pressure. There’s a grocery store right across the street, which I found very convenient, especially if you don’t book breakfast at the hotel. The soundproofing in the room is excellent – during my three-day stay, I didn’t hear my neighbors once (and I’m sure there were guests staying nearby).
There are just as many cons as pros. The first thing you notice upon arrival is the dusty carpet, which should be vacuumed more often – especially under the beds, where there were piles of dust (and since the beds are on wheels, it wouldn’t take much effort for the staff to move them). People with dust allergies should be cautious. The room also lacks a kettle and a refrigerator, which can be quite inconvenient for longer stays.
A very unpleasant surprise was finding a cockroach on the bathroom tile – insects in a hotel are absolutely unacceptable. Speaking of the tiles, I noticed black mold near the floor, an area that’s easy to overlook; the tiles should be cleaned more thoroughly and with stronger cleaning products.
There’s also an unpleasant smell in the hotel – especially noticeable in the hallway (outside the rooms) and in the bathroom. It feels like the building isn’t aired out at all, which should be part of the housekeeping routine when cleaning rooms.

ძალიან სუფთა ახალი გარემონტებული სასტუმროა. სასტუმროს ლოკაცია შევარჩიეთ შვილის საერთო საცხოვრებლის ლოკაციიდან გამომდინარე. სასტუმრო არის წყნარ უბანში და გადაჰყურებს პრაღას ცენტრიდან მოშორებითაა, თუმცა ფეხით. 5 წუთიშია ტრამვაის გაჩერება და 10 წუთშია მეტრო კობილისი, თუმცა შეგიძლიათ კე სტრიტზე ნებისმიერ ნომერ ტრამვაიში ჩაჯდეთ და მიგიყვანთ მეტრო კობილისამდე. სტაფი ძალიან მეგობრულია. საუზმე მუდმივად ერთგვაროვანი, თუმცა არაა ცუდი.
ერთადერთი მინუსი ჩვენთვის იყო ის, რომ არ იკეტებოდა აბაზანის კარები.

Not very far from the main attractions, and right next to a big supermaket. the parking is limited, but if you find an empty space is worth it.
