Good But expensive parking, Big bathroom, fast wifi.
Soft bed, no air condition, very poor and expensive breakfast. Noise arround hotel, because it is on busy street.

Very nice, spacious and clean family room. Clean and large toilet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have stayed in the hotel with the family to rest overnight. Very quiet place and good breakfast for everyone.

We had a family room. It was really spacious with a double bed, a sofa and a single additional bed for our 6 year old girl, who was excited ☺️.
The bathroom was big and clean.
We were surprised to find all the beds made by the staff when we came back in the evening the second day.
The tram stop is very close to the hotel.
It takes you 15-20 min to get to the zoo and about 30 min to get to the city centre.
There is a parking near the hotel.
Parking should be paid additionally (8 EUR per night)

The hotel has a 24-hour reception and a private paid parking lot.
There is no air conditioning in the room, and during hot weather, it's not possible to keep the windows open due to city noise from outside.

The night shift manager was so kind and helpful! We had a super late night check-in and early check out, and although we stayed very shortly, we had a really nice stay!

We’ve been traveling for over a week, staying in a different city each night, and this hotel in Dresden is by far the best place of the trip. The rooms are truly comfortable and fully equipped. The free street parking near the hotel and the 24-hour reception were very convenient. Thank you, you’re amazing :)
