Room is alright and cleaning is good.
Give coffee machine but not giving coffee pot. Just for 1st day. If guest stay 1 night, you need to give every day, right. Staying 4 nights, should give every day. If you don’t want to give coffee pot, just give a kettle and instant coffee, tea, biscuits and milk every day supply. We came form the U.K. and we take coffee more than once a day and hot water or drinks. Giving a kettle is better. Even coffee pots or kettle are not expensive, just a tiny fraction of cost but make your guests feel better and cared for.

Really big room, simple equipment, nice balcony. We have everything what we needed.

Parking convinient, good breakfast: a descent selection. Also for dinner the Italian restaurant was good to save time, when you are on a business trip.
The bath shower tub was bit small. So standing shower was bit challenging with out the water falling out.

A lot of misunderstandings from their side which resulted in the fact that we had to pay much more for a additional night than the previously two nights costed. In my naivity i assume it's just incompetence. Let's leave it like that...

I loved the location, outside the Town Center, with Private Parking for a small daily Fee. There are actually Bus stops near and a couple of Supermarkets too. You may also of course use your car, it's an easy and not so busy way to get to the main historical attractions, museums, churchs, etc.
A room with a balcony is always appreciated; I would suggest to keep each front room space of the same balcony separated with more than a simple and single steel bar. It's more a "privacy" issue than a safety one, of course. But I would point out more that a 4 Stars Hotel nowadays, in Summer, even in nearly Northern part of Germany, must have a proper Air Conditioning system, and not "home movable fans" in the room only.
