The apartment is very spacious and beautiful. Everything is made with taste, liked the pictures on the walls and the interior style.
The floor is quite cold, so its better to have more carpets maybe:)

It is just wonderful. Great location - a nice street with its of street food, supermarkets, coffee shops, etc., next to a children's theater, and across the street a splendid playground! The center is reachable in 10 minutes with the tram . The apartment was very comfortable, nicel art decoration, good Anna Anatolia mattress, all appliances in kitchen, it has a garten, and every detail that you might think of, from umbrellas to children toys and blankets for the gardens drink...

The host very nicely picked us up from the train station! Totally above and beyond what we expected. (But even if she hadn't it is very close and convenient to get to from Dresden Neustadt station.) Great area and nice place!

We wanted to book the 2nd Room since the main one has no Sofa (Green Apartment), but it was not possible until the next day (therefore a extra price was charged for it to rent the second room. We got no recipe for it). The room was locked and it was suppose to have Kitchen staff which should be reformed after our depart. Next day a guy came to clean that room and it had just bedding clothes inside... We did not meet the Owner at any time. The management is delegated to a young man.

Fantastic welcome by lovely Anne who made my husband's birthday special by picking us up! Thank you, Anne: much appreciated!! Comfortable, well-heated, tasteful, safe, ground floor apartment with well-equipped kitchen, great Wifi and shower and in hipster area very good for restaurants and night life, but quiet for sleeping. Trams 7 and 8 nearby go right into Altstadt and train station. Coffee machine, oven, handy supermarkets. Anne recommended Bischop 72 restaurant, 1 minute away, where we had a fabulous meal.
High pillows was not comfy for me, but husband liked, so depends on your taste! Otherwise, all perfect!
