Very Good
All it is like in the announcement. Maybe locating the reception is tricky, but the staying place is well located in the historic place center of Dresden.
More than I a critic, it is kind of a remark: for people who is used to "firm " mattresses it may be inconvenient the ones available. Mine was "too soft" and I ended with a bit difficulty when sleeping. However, as I explained, maybe it is a matter of taste or lumbar conditions.

The place is great for exploring the city. Well-equipped kitchen, good bed, fresh bed linen. Fortunately, there is a public parking lot very close by, where you can leave your car for free overnight. I can't judge the staff objectively - because I didn't meet anyone, but the instructions given were precise and useful.

The location is right downtown with an amazing view of the Frauenkirche. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. This has been a great place to stay in the past.
I have stayed here twice before and it was wonderful but this time was different. The room was supposed to be newly remodeled, but it was really 'remodeling'. Only one electric breaker was on so none of the outlets worked until we flipped the breakers. A door wasn't fully installed and nearly fell on me. Extra furniture was in hallways. When we contacted the hotel, someone came to assess and fix things immediately which we appreciated. We will presume that the office didn't realize the room wasn't finished. I feel the receptionist at checkout should have offered compensation and/or an apology. Instead, she was dismissive about our concerns.

Plenty of room, great location, love having an apartment rather than a room.
Not their fault, but the location is above restaurants where people smoke and the smoke comes in through open windows.

It is literally located right next to the most prominent landmark Frauenkirche Dresden! Absolutely 10 out of 10 for the location. Let alone the large rooms, the kitchen, and everything. I am travelling alone, but it will be more suitable for families or groups since the rooms are really large. Great price anyway
TV is a bit small, but who watches TV?

The location is unbeatable. The mattress is very very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful,
The hallway could be a little cleaner. The drain of the sink in the bathroom didn’t work. The temperature of the shower was kind of tricky to set.

Location is very good, right in the middle of things, but also can be a little noisy.
The room did not match the photos advertised, was rather smaller and a bit shabbier than expected, although kitchenette was good and the room was decently clean. The room did not have AC and the wifi is very weak, if those amenities are of concern.

Wonderful
In the heart of Dresden! So close to so many restaurants, stores, churches, the river, and historical landmarks. The place was clean, HUGE, and even had a washer in the bathroom in case you need to wash your clothing. The pillows were so comfy. The front desk staff were incredible and so helpful.
The elevator wasn't working, so we walked up 3 flights of stairs. The entrance is in the back by the trash and smelled bad at times. Being above restaurants comes with the smell of cigarettes often, but wasn't too terrible. The shower water guard/"door" wasn't wide enough and had trouble with water getting outside the tub when we used it. Parking was 28€ an overnight- I hoped that we'd get a deal reserving with the hotel.

Wonderful
The location is unbeatable. The staff was nice and accommodating. They can hold your luggage while you sightsee before checking in. The unit was very spacious. The place was a good value.
The furnishings are outdated but functional. For the location, price, and the size of the room, I can not complain.

Very Good
we only stayed for one night so can’s say much. Amazing location and view(especially on 5th floor) clean, good value of this price, can be a lil better, with WiFi.
Had an unpleasant experience at La Tapas downstairs, the waiter was racist, if you cares, please choose other restaurants.
