The hotel is close to the tram, in a quiet place, the rooms are clean, large, parking in the yard, you have all the necessary facilities. when we arrived it was a little cold in the rooms, but Erik, the greatest man ever, helped us and everything was okay.

beautifull facility and location, the staff was very friendly
the room eventhough it was spacious is very dated. The shower is very lose and did not stay in place to actually be able to shower

The grounds was beautiful; and the staff was very nice
The rooms were dated, and the carpet was stained. Due to the constructions, it was a nightmare to get to the house.

It was a lovely old home, you could visualize what it was like to live in this neighborhood in the early 1900s. I am glad that the neighborhood kept homes like this. Most of the staff were friendly.
The man who checked us in had an abrupt manner. I think his name was Claude. which we did not understand since we were not late. The carpet in our room was dirty.

It was in a quiet area, with a little park behind. However, there was a very regular tram service to and from the city centre, so we didnt need to drive anywhere once wed arrived.

Eating breakfast outside on the terrace was a highlight. We enjoyed the food and the variety. We liked walking down into Blasewitz and exploring the river, the hillside and places to eat. The woods behind the Aparthotel were beautiful and our room looked out on to a giant oak tree where nuthatches would feed in the late afternoon.
Staff were attentive and helpful.

The location is wonderful and the atmosphere is the villa is also great
