Wonderful
It is a great location for visiting Dresden, especially during the Christmas markets. Walking to the castle is only about 8 minutes; the main cathedral and shops are right outside the door. There is a huge shopping district and many restaurants a block away. The room was large and nicely furnished, clean and I loved the big bathroom. A few more lights would be nice. It was rather dark away from the few lights. There was a mini fridge as well. The front desk personnel were very helpful, even printing out a paper I needed for my next stop. Breakfast was not included in our plan, but there were plenty of bakeries and small restaurants all around the hotel.
My only complaint was parking and their directions for finding the parking garage. Because of the Christmas markets, everything was different, which I expected, so I had asked in advance for very specific directions. I was told we could drive up to the hotel and unload and then go park. That was impossible. We finally parked slightly illegally by the barrier, walked in, got a map from the front desk and started our hunt. We never found the hotel's garage until we parked elsewhere and were walking back to the hotel. The other garage was only a block further and actually cheaper, so it worked out fine, but it was nerve-racking at the time! Without the Christmas markets, we could have driven in and found it without much trouble. The person at the front desk said I had been misinformed (after I showed them the email with directions) and apologized.

Comfortable, spacious and very clean. Fast WiFi, very comfortable bed, soft pillows and high quality linens. Easy check-in-in and check-out process. Staff very responsive.
I thought breakfast buffet was a bit too pricy so chose not to purchase it.

The location in the beautiful old two. Area which is amazing for tourism.
The view outside the window of room 119 is also splendid. I can see the cathedral once I open the window, and I love it.

Location is excellent. Literally few minutes to any museum. Room was clean. Parking in the building and can be reached directly from the leaving floor by elevator. Good size of the room.
Hotel pretty decent, but not 4 starts as it rated, more close to the 3 stars. Very minimalistic room, uncomfortable mattresses.

The reception is closed at night, and breakfast is 22 euros at the restaurant next to the hotel, while walking in costs only 18.5 euros. There were no kettle, tea bags, or a bottle of water provided

Very clean, basic room that provided everything needed and was good value for money. Breakfast was good too and the staff were very helpful! Location was great, walkable to many attractions and restaurants.
Every morning very early some kind of garbage truck or construction vehicle would come down the road and make the most insane banging noises it almost shook the building. Of course, it’s not the hotels fault, but something to keep in mind if you’ll be trying to sleep in.

This place was better than expected! Room was modern and clean. Breakfast area was comfortable and had lots of food options. Hotel staff was helpful letting us check in early, holding our baggage free of charge and booking a taxi for us to the airport.
No water in lobby, would have been helpful on extremely hot days. Air condition made a weird noise every few minutes but didn't keep us awake.

The staff was helpful and pleasant. The canvas on the upper part of my shoe developed a small hole & they had a sewing kit which patched it up perfectly. They were also helpful in providing me with some ice from their bar so I could ice down a warm bottle of Cola I got at a local store. The location was central to the old part of town but quiet and peaceful.
I can't think of anything negative about this hotel. I'd happily stay here again.
