Room was enough for our needs, a nice wiev from the balcony to the river, location is ok, but there is still need to go about 5-7 minutes to the next tram stop and to wait about 15 minutes to be able to go yo the town, breakfast was very good

It was clean.
I had very disturbing situation with some guy at the hotel. I dont know who he is or what his role is in the hotel,but i saw him sitting in the office by the reception. We arrived at the hotel little bit late because our car broke down.Luckily it was close to hotel so we managed to drive to it. When we got there parking was full and i asked guy on the reception where i can park. He came out and showed me where to park.I asked him two times is it ok to park there he said yes.Next day i was out by the car and some guy came and started taking pictures of my car.I told him its my car and then he started yelling on german. I told him that i dont speak german then he started yelling on english how i cant park there. I tried to explain that the guy at the reception told me that i can park there,he didnt even want to listen and he told me with threatenig voice that i have 2 minutes to move the car,while i was talking he just turn his back and went inside. He was acting like a bully and all that in front of my child which got very scared of him. All of this made me very stressfull and l find this disrespectful. And l know that l will never stay at that hotel again and will recomend others not to stay there. It doesnt worth the money they are charging.

Wonderful
Everything run smoothly. It was very well located for our purposes (15 min walk to Beatpol). The staff were friendly. There’s free parking at the back, by the river.
We were 3 people in our room but there were only 2 duvets and 2 pillows.

Pillows were not very comfortable, and we were not allowed to park our car in the parking garage, we had to find place outside

We stayed in the hotel just for one night. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Hotel is located out of a center, within apx 400m is a tram station, that gets you directly to the center.
