Easiness of access with the bus station in front. Nice staff, easy check in and check out and free Christmas Punch.
The bed was too soft. I don't need an orthopedic-grade Mattress but the bed was not good and our sleep was affected. All in all not a good night of sleep. For the price I was hoping for some more comfort. We didn't ask for changing the room as we had a tight schedule and we didn't want to complicate our stay.

The room and amenities were pretty spacious and clean.
Staff was friendly and tried to help.
WiFi service was often not available which is a major issue for me personally. Sometimes WiFi was not working in my room but was still available in the lobby. Sometimes it was not available at all. Staff was aware of the situation and had procedures to mitigate the issue which not always worked. That makes me think I wasn't the first customer complaining about that issue. So, they knew about an existing problem and did not put enough efforts to fix it.

Outstanding service by the only lady on duty, and she was do a double shift. Carlotta was excellent
The cost of the breakfast, it was exorbitant for what I was, €22 for a breakfast was a complete ripoff, if it had been good then I would have paid it, it was worth no more than 22 Eu and that might have been too expensive
