24/24 reception. Good position to reach by public transports. Quiet room. Rich breakfast. Clean.
Recommended.
Nothing relevant, but prevented me to assign a 9. I met 7/8 different people at the reception/breakfast. One half of them was welcoming and kind. The other half was rude and disappointing.
Finally, worse places gave me one bottle of water per day for free. In a place like this one, where there is no air conditioning, one bottle of water in a 3-night stay looks like a cheap move.

The location is very good, it's close to the bus stop and easy access to many places. The room was good.
The bathroom is quite small and the washbasin is outside the bathroom.

Friendly and helpful employees, clean and quiet room. The locked bike room is a huge plus, as I was travelling by bike.

The distance, and the easy access to transportation, the customer service is nice.
Nothing really in Particular, I think the hotel company needs to hire more staff in the front. I feel sorry that the front people staff work so long hours.
