It was clean, the staff was really kind and the breakfast was really good and always well restocked.
The WiFi was really bad and not really useable because it cutted off several times, also it was generally really slow.

The right place if you are looking for basic accommodation within walking distance from the beautiful historical city of Dresden. Despite being basic, the room was clean and comfortable. As we were travelling by car, I really appreciated the secure underground parking that we could use for a decent amount.
Overall, the hotel could use a bit of refurbishing

Spacious rooms with attached kitchen.
Very courteous, attentive and helpful staff.
Wonderful breakfast spread.
Proximity to public transport.
Excellent room heating
The wifi was very patchy.
The room was not cleaned though we had asked for cleaning every day. Only bath towels were changed after first day.

We needed to wait in line for breakfast and also to cafe machine.

Located fairly close to the main train station; has a good public transport connection to the old city centre (less than 10 minutes by bus).
The matraces were a little too hard to get a good nignt's sleep

It was easy to reach without a car, everything was clean and the staff was absolutely lovely and helpful.
The bed wasn’t super comfortable and the pillow was super flat (sleeping without one would have led to the same results). Also the wifi barely ever worked.

The Central Station is just 15 minutes on foot from the hotel. Beside the hotel(on the parking lot) is a pretty good restaurant with delicious food and lots of beer varieties. One minute from the hotel is a Lidl. The city center is 20 minutes from the hotel with tram.
In the shower cabinet the shower drain was clogged. The water pressure in the bathroom was low. The room has no refrigerator.

Providing a fine studio type with a functional kitchen helps guest to get over the eating problem during the holidays. You can request an unlimited supply of sparkling water. The staffs tried hard to provide guests the kitchenwares and tablewares if you ask. Though the hostel management seems not prepared for the crowded situations.
The WiFi connection drops seems due to high occupations and holiday, the out-sourced network manager doesn’t work.
