Wonderful
I love that the staff are very warm, friendly and understanding. They consider your preferences and try to fulfil them to the best of their ability, so that you are as comfortable as you would like. The rooms are well-lit, and the place is very lively. The location is strategic and just 10 minutes away from the Dresden Hbf. There is also a bus stop just across the road for those who may not want to walk to the Hbf. Also, it is 4 minutes away from the Gret-Palucca-Straße for those who want to catch a train to any other part of Dresden. They also have a room to store luggage for guests, and no storage fee is charged. While you are there, please check out their bar, which is located on the top floor.

maybe the price is OK.
1. During the 6 nights staying. I booked 2 times cleaning. Nobody cleaned my rooms but still received "Rate Reinigung" letter?? 2. Hot water supply is not stable. 3. Breakfast too jam.

The staff was really friendly and lovely.
There's mold inside the shower and water pressure was poor, and the shower head holder was broken. The towels are too small. The price was too high for the service, the bed was not so comfortable, and the space inside the room wasn't really useful because of the disposition and the structure (we had two entry doors, one fake door and a big wall between who was taking half of the space)

The hotel and room is very unappealing. For the price we paid it's criminal. Room small , dingy , featureless . The setup was strange . Fixtures in bathroom and shower room areas left no space to sit or maneuver. The front door of the room just fell off the hinges and broke out of the wall and we are now forced to vacate immediately
