Clean and quiet with a comfortable bed!
We were happy with these accommodations with one exception: when checking out we were charged an extra 19 euros supposedly for using a “special” wifi. We thought we were using their free wifi. Very disappointing!

Quiet. Parking available. Good breakfast. The beds were very comfortable.
The front desk staff was slow in getting me checked in. They charged me additional 30 Euros for breakfast because they did not accurately account for prior credit card payment. Even after emailing me for the 30 euro charge and receiving my credit card details, someone decided to charge 60 Euros. Poor communication and accounting.

Great location for the exent I was attending
I booked a single king bed and was given a double twin - so I was not very comfortable. Also, on arrival, I was told breakfast was included, but when I had breakfast I was told that it wasn’t part of my booking and I would need to pay extra, so that was less than ideal.

Very comfortable rooms just outside of Dortmund. Plenty of parking spaces available. comfortable beds and modern bathroom.
Despite the a/c, the rooms we had were very warm in the night. No matter what we tried, we could not get in to cool down aside from opening a window.

Very limited options in the Restaurent for Dinner. Breakfast had lesser choices than most Marriotts of this category. Could have been much better. Still waiting for the room Hold to be released.

Always liked this hotel, better after chagement of brand.
The prices for dogs are not normal and not for the class of that hotel. 50€ per pet I didnt pay anywhere around Europe ! Its better to say NOT pet friendly.
