With one singular exception, the staff are very friendly and supportive. They made us feel welcome.
The 'apartment' was spartan and the layout as well as the furniture not well thought through. The show stall was much smaller than necessary. There was no wash basin in the loo. The switch next to the door turns off everything - including the fridge.
I wish there was a closer relationship between the hotel and the restaurant. The prices at the bar and for breakfast are too high.
The neighborhood is not unsafe but a bit shady. I do not recommend ladies to venture out in the evening by themselves.
Access to the garage needs to be better organized.

Standard Deluxe room is nice
I was originally in a standard room but complained about quality and also due to issues with a guest and I was immediately moved to a new room
staff were excellent after issues with guest dog barking at 1am, woke up several guests, night porter contacted the guest and seemed he was asleep in his room and was then angry about being woken up and was aggressive to me and night porter.. I was then able to move room
Standard room is not up to scratch and glad I was able to move after first night and had a much better experience in the standard deluxe room

In the deluxe room, The beds are comfy and pillows were great. Bathroom was well sized. Also surprised us we had a balcony. Staff are friendly.
The hidden costs of “checking in early” was silly as we were only one hour earlier and the room was ready. We were meant to have a quiet room and you could hear the traffic from the room and we were 4 levels up which was surprising. We paid for parking through booking and they charged us again for parking.

Almost everything was great !
it’s hard to get my clothes washed and dried in the hotel itself. The staff did not really know where the washer is either and when they found it it was hidden at some far corner of the hotel in the middle of the flight of stairs

The first impressions on entering is that one can feel relaxed to be there, the personnel is outstanding, near the centre with its amenities and to the train station. Internet is stable and performante (in De it's a huge point).
The pillow are really not what I consider "comfy" but I believe it's something quite common in De.
