We have stayed here many times now and can't fault the hotel, as always the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Another stress free break.

When we arrived, one of the rooms was not available due a light not working properly. They relocated my sister.
Sadly, she was over top of the lobby and outside area. It was cold and extremely noisy. All smokers gather out there and are very loud.
We were very bothered by the smokers loitering at the front door. We couldn't enter the hotel without passing the heavy smoke. We also got that smell constantly as the doors opened.

Lovely building, nice room, good parking .
I booked double bed (queen size) but was placed on single bed. When I returned back to the reception with my belongings the personal did change my room but did not even apologize.

All round very good. Despite being next to a very busy road the hotel was quiet. Facilities were great and excellent restaurant. Location for work was perfect for me and staff were friendly and helpful.
I have no negative points to say about my stay.
