So noisy people dont care if u sleeping when they open the door the whole building will shake and the bed facing the bathroom directly facing the glass of the door and the windows you cant block the light outside this is so annoying

We stayed here with one baby. It was spacious enough for three people. The bed and chairs were comfortable, the shower was fine, and the kitchen was equipped with an oven and microwave. The location is very central, so you can get around easily. Unfortunately, I didn’t find Dortmund to be a very beautiful city—but that has nothing to do with the apartment. Check-in was easy, and the parking space was good. We had a nice stay for two nights.
The central location is both a pro and a con. There are many clubs around the apartment, so at night there were lots of honking cars and drunk people around the bars and clubs. It was very, very noisy. My baby woke up a few times because of the noise.
The lift is very small and old, but I was glad there was a lift at all.

Big, clean apartment, everything you need is inside, huge living room, big bedrooms.
The location is in the nosy center with a lot of restaurants and bars that stay open until late. I did not find it disturbing but some could find it this way. Also the beds are a bit hard for me.

Location, next to the train station, was convenient for us. The apartment itself was quite clean and staff (when we met them) were friendly.
* Incredibly loud at night, even with the windows closed. Young people driving and shouting in the street below all night and the windows' sound insultation wasn't good enough to compensate for that.
* The process for the key collection wasn't made clear at all before arrival, and we had to call the property on arrival to figure this out. Luckily, there was someone at the property who came down to meet us and give us the key.
* We stayed at the apartment in March and only a thin duvet was provided on each bed, making for an uncomfortable night. There were no extra blankets provided anywhere in the apartment.
* One of the bedrooms smelled of cigarette smoke, despite the apartment being a non-smoking property. It smelled like previous tenants smoked in the room extensively.

Room 12 on the third floor was spacious and clean.
The staff is very friendly and always ready to help.
TV and coffee machine did not work as expected, but I consider that to be minor inconveniences as I can vey well do without TV and even without coffee. I am sure staff will check basic equipment next time before they hand out the key. I say I am sure because this was my fourth stay at the location, and I know Management and staff care about their guests very much.
