The location was very central and felt safe with lots of eating opportunities around. The breakfast was also generous. The lady that served us the breakfast loves her job and she supported us incredibly well. I wish everyone makes her job with such joy.
Someone was smoking grass in the inner yard or in the neigboring balconies and we couldn't keep the windows open. It was stinking like hell. Plus, someone was partying all night and my husband couldn't sleep due to the vibrating boom boom sound.

The location is very convenient for tourists. 5 minutes walk from the main station. Around 7 minutes from a metro station.
The staff are nice and helpful. They have a 24-hours service.
The breakfast is very satisfying. Lot’s of breads and some warm foods.
None. Although the lift is quite old and narrow, but this is not necessarily a disadvantage.

This was my second time staying with Grey Design, the room and facilities felt noticeably older on the South side than on the East side. The room was still clean and comfortable, just a bit of a contrast out of comparison.
No air conditioning on the East side, instead there was a dyson fan next to the bed, which might not be ideal for light sleepers (esp. when it was 30°C+ in August)

Centrally located, friendly staff, great breakfast (and available for a big period of time, 4.5 hours on weekends, 3.5hr rest of the week), nice rooms.
not great soundproofing, my room was farthest from the street, but nearby club sounds could still reach it (not enough to prevent me from sleeping). Also, for me personally - the bed was too soft

Perfect location, only 5 minutes from Central Station. Quiet location. Very clean room and bath, clean towels, clean glass. Nice design of the room. Excellent breakfast.
Although of good quality the bed was quite small for two people. No Air condition- Problem in summer. The elevator is extremely slow.

Lots of noise inside and outside, bathroom smelled like someone had been smoking there for one month straight, I was mistakenly awakened 3 times by the staff at 8 in the morning... They had the wrong room apparently. friendliness of the reception staff very mediocre. Will not return

The elevator is horrible - it’s tiny and it is wall free from one side. I was scared my dog’s tail might get hurt if stuck in it.

Our experience was not meet with our stay. Spending €221 we were expecting a very special experience. On arrival we were met with a great welcome to be told we were staying in an apartment-sounded great. On being handed the key to the apartment we were told to go outside to the street and walk down the road where we would find our place to stay. We found our apartment which was a converted street side shop, right on the pavement and with a big glass front. On walking in, the space was vast but very sparse with furniture and not the €221 luxuries experience we were expecting. At night being a converted shop we realised the curtains on both sides of the room were broken letting in light to the room - with the accommodation being street side, every car that passed at night resulted in the room being lit up and noisy! Our experience was incredibly disappointing - hotel rooms in the area where less than €100 we feel ripped off
