Wonderful
A charming hotel close to the station but set in a quiet location. The hotel breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed nearby restaurants.

The best part was the super big and comfy bed. Room was big and clean, breakfast was good!
Parking was expensive and narrow. There was an incident with our toilet (the water never stopped and there was nothing we can do), luckily it happened in the morning we checked out, but this morning we couldn't use our toilet and it was annoying.

Lots of noise inside and outside, bathroom smelled like someone had been smoking there for one month straight, I was mistakenly awakened 3 times by the staff at 8 in the morning... They had the wrong room apparently. friendliness of the reception staff very mediocre. Will not return

The staff at breakfast was nice, the location was great.
I booked the hotel because it had parking. We got there on Sunday and the girl at the reception told us that because we did not sent a message mentioning we need parking we need to pay 15 euro. If this is required the hotel should send an automatic reply to the booking. On the street was a parking garrage with 12 euro a day, but closed on Sundays, we felt that they took advantage of the fact that we had no other place to park. I payed the room in advance, otherwise would have left. The room was fine, but in some areas the ceiling was so low we couldn’t stay upright.

Very flexible in check-in & breakfast.
It was a last minute stay (I missed my train), booking & check-in was still possible late in the evening.
The staff also opened the breakfast earlier so I could enjoy it before my (very early morning) departure.

Breakfast - just ok
The elevator is horrible - it’s tiny and it is wall free from one side. I was scared my dog’s tail might get hurt if stuck in it.
No space for toiletries in the bathroom near sink.

Our experience was not meet with our stay. Spending €221 we were expecting a very special experience. On arrival we were met with a great welcome to be told we were staying in an apartment-sounded great. On being handed the key to the apartment we were told to go outside to the street and walk down the road where we would find our place to stay. We found our apartment which was a converted street side shop, right on the pavement and with a big glass front. On walking in, the space was vast but very sparse with furniture and not the €221 luxuries experience we were expecting. At night being a converted shop we realised the curtains on both sides of the room were broken letting in light to the room - with the accommodation being street side, every car that passed at night resulted in the room being lit up and noisy! Our experience was incredibly disappointing - hotel rooms in the area where less than €100 we feel ripped off

The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly speaking German and English. The location is close to the train central station and also U bahn.
After checking in and entering the room I found it has not been cleaned. They asked for 20 minutes to do the cleaning.
While in booking.com it was mentioned my room is sound proof, it wasn't at all. The first night was terrible. I shared the issue with them and changed my room for the second night.
