Breakfast was excellent, we enjoyed it a lot.
Weather was really hot and we were on the top floor, there was no air condition, just ventilator, but it was sufficient. Bathroom would also get really hot.

Great location right next to the city center and the shopping area. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were great.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, and everything was very clean. The mattresses were comfortable, and the hotel looks very nice overall! It was perfect for a family with two children — both the space and the bed sizes worked well for us. We had a large double bed and a sofa bed in a separate room. Also, the location is excellent — very convenient for both the city center and the train station.
What we didn’t like was the lack of air conditioning. Our room was facing the sun all day long, which made it extremely hot and stuffy inside. At night, opening the window to cool down the room wasn’t really an option either, because of the noise from the street — loud music and people made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Perfect location, only 5 minutes from Central Station. Quiet location. Very clean room and bath, clean towels, clean glass. Nice design of the room. Excellent breakfast.
Although of good quality the bed was quite small for two people. No Air condition- Problem in summer. The elevator is extremely slow.

Everything. Great value, delicious breakfast, pleasant staff, location, style, cleanliness. One night city budget stays do not get better than this.
Not really a problem and I could have said something but next time, I will ask for a room which doesn't have the bright hotel sign directly outside the window!

The hotel is in good location, just about 5 minutes walk from the Central Station. Its great choice for stopover in Dortmund. great location, clean, comfortable rooms, great breakfast.

A charming hotel close to the station but set in a quiet location. The hotel breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed nearby restaurants.

The best part was the super big and comfy bed. Room was big and clean, breakfast was good!
Parking was expensive and narrow. There was an incident with our toilet (the water never stopped and there was nothing we can do), luckily it happened in the morning we checked out, but this morning we couldn't use our toilet and it was annoying.

Lots of noise inside and outside, bathroom smelled like someone had been smoking there for one month straight, I was mistakenly awakened 3 times by the staff at 8 in the morning... They had the wrong room apparently. friendliness of the reception staff very mediocre. Will not return

Disappointing
The staff at breakfast was nice, the location was great.
I booked the hotel because it had parking. We got there on Sunday and the girl at the reception told us that because we did not sent a message mentioning we need parking we need to pay 15 euro. If this is required the hotel should send an automatic reply to the booking. On the street was a parking garrage with 12 euro a day, but closed on Sundays, we felt that they took advantage of the fact that we had no other place to park. I payed the room in advance, otherwise would have left. The room was fine, but in some areas the ceiling was so low we couldn’t stay upright.
