A spacious room.
The accommodation is not very centrally located, and public transportation is not very convenient. The main entrance does not have a ramp for luggage or a stroller, which makes access more difficult.

The size of the room was good.
This hotel was a complete disappointment. The room had a terrible stench that made it uncomfortable from the moment we entered. Despite being advertised as wheelchair accessible, the only access was through the kitchen exit, which is neither practical nor dignified. There was no parking available, the location was noisy and unpleasant, and the so-called air conditioning simply did not exist, even though it was listed on Booking.com. Overall, a misleading and very poor experience — I would not recommend Plaza Inn Dortmund to anyone. If you truly dislike someone, send them here….

Room was large and great for the family. Location is good, it's close to high street ad rail links to the city centre.
Receptionists grasp of English wasn't great. The bathroom was very small and smelt of damp. The room didn't have air conditioning, which wasn't needed as the weather wasn't that hot so the window could be left open... however the smells of breakfast cooking coming from the kitchen from 4am onwards gave me stomach cramps and prevented me from sleeping from 4am onwards. Price for breakfast for the family would almost have cost the same as the room for the night - hence we didn't take it.

Conveniently located along the U43 which was importantly to me. Easy connection into City Center, very quiet. Great breakfast and long breakfast hours on the weekend, really nice! Very clean, nice staff. I had a single room with a larger bed which had a good arrangement to charge a phone. It would have been possible but very cozy with two people.

Comfortable main bed in a quad family room, good shower, big TV with Disney Channel, nice staff, online check in, quiet residential area, felt safe surroundings.
Uncomfortable sofa bed kids had to share in the quad room, small and quite old looking towels (but all clean so useable), lack of parking - hotel car park is tiny and roads around were quite parked up, was not easy to find a space on road, lack of drinking water in the room, balcony door not possible to lock.

The location and comfort of the beds. Parking is also available free on the streets so you don't have to pay for the hotel parking. Staff were very friendly also in online communication.
There was a small cockroach in the room which made our experience a bit bad! Photos attached!
