Bed is good and spacious room
Only hot water was coming in wash basin and reported twice. Seemed fixed but the problem kept on arising. .

Everything was incredible.
The lady on reception was very friendly and very welcoming, the facilities were amazing, hotel was beautiful, charger point for electric cars too.
The parking price seemed a bit over the top.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome. The breakfast was excellent—plentiful, fresh, and a great start to each day. The swimming pool was a real bonus: clean, easy to access, and perfect for unwinding. We also appreciated the cool water dispenser on our floor, which was a thoughtful and practical touch.
A special mention goes to the staff member who helped me arrange tickets for the Dortmund stadium tour with my son. Not only was he helpful and attentive, but he even followed up the next day to ask how it went—such a kind gesture that really shows how much the staff care about their guests. That level of personal attention made our stay feel extra special.

Super comfy beds, spacious shower, good air conditioning, pool and gym were a nice addition, bar area and breakfast were good and plenty of parking.
To change those staying at the hotel €20 parking for the night is too high in my opinion and the booking provider I booked with stated €10 so I guess the hotel has increased it sadly.

The hotel was very clean. And the pool and sauna was really good. The food was very tasty!!! The staff were helpful and kind and always attended very well! The location is very greeny and close to a train station to go to dortmund city!
The only thing I didn't like was the ginger bar ( food place closes by 9 30 pm and I really think that's a rush and specially when families come with children it's not very easy! 9 30 pm is too early to close for food! And the afternoon they don't serve food, so if you are with children definitely you have to go out to eat! And the breakfast buffet could do better with more variation of food for a 4 star hotel!

Big place, professional and friendly straff, clean and nice with the pool and gym area.
Expensive parking, when at a hotel like this, I would expect having my car the hotel parking lot to be included as part of the service.

Great staff, good facilities.
The "sofa bed" was just a sofa with a blanket and cushion on it, and my son hardly slept as it was not very wide. For nearly €300 per night, I was expecting decent sleep for three of us. Breakfast was very average and not worth the money. We are in 2025, and a decent breakfast is essential. This was a post communist era breakfast buffet. We had so much better experience in Bruge hotel and will not be staying here again. I felt it was a rip off. For tgat money I get decent room in central London.

Very friendly staff, great facilities especially the gym, saunas and pool. Super comfy beds.
Breakfast was served till 10.30 and i would have liked it to be till 11-11.30.

The facilities were really good with gym and swimming pool. Good selection of snacks in the reception area.
It seems the gym and equipment has never been cleaned. The treadmill was quite disgusting. Also the room was full of silverfish, perhaps a sanitation is required.
