The digital card didn't work the second time I tried entering my room. Had to ask staff, luckily he was fast helping me. It still inconvenient though to have to do so if the hotel can just provide the physical card easily at first.
The second thing is that I couldn't connect to the Internet on the TV to watch YouTube.
Other than that the Hotel is very comfortable and nice.

The bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
Was good for my 1 night stay.
The sheets weren't perfectly clean and the walls are very thin, I heard my neighbours conversations late at night/early morning.

Super central location! The room was ginormous, and the bed quite comfortable. Huge shower in an altogether spacious bathroom.
Unfortunately the rooms to the front are quite noisy with traffic noise even during the night which really disrupted my sleep. Also, having to single duvets in a big double bed felt a bit strange. The smell in the room was a bit stale, probably due to the heating that I couldn't shut off, so the night was way too warm for a good sleep as well.
The handle for the shower had the temps switched (meaning when you turned to "hot" you got a pretty icy splash), and it took me forever to make the showerhead hold in its clasp in a position where the water would actually reach me.
Something that bothered me was that you needed to download an app to function as the key to your room. It didn't feel super safe for data protection reasons...

The solution was found and i could sleep in the hotel. The stuff was trying to resolve the issue.
I came to check in late at night and found out that there are no rooms for me (the room was booked and paid two weeks beforehand). The guy at reception told me that there is one room left and it's not available for living due to some unfixed problems. Fortunately they suggested me to go to another hotel of the chain which has free rooms left. However, taking late hours and expected early wake up due to all these surprises I couldn't sleep enough. Taxi to another hotel was at my cost. The whole procedure of hotel changing and settling me in took a little bit more than one hour. At both hotels the only guy at reception was responsible for everything which made the process of checking in quite lengthy and complicated.

It looks shabby and strange.., lots of old furniture .. and the sheets in the room had some hair… that was unpleasant..!

Location was good
Poor staff, way overpriced. Paid €283 for a room 4 weeks in advanced yet could get the same room on the day for €160. The staff we no help at all, the pictures are very well done as the hotel is a shambles tbh. Very dissapointing tbh and ill be asking for a partial refund

Short distance to the train station.
No way to manage to contact the hotel by phone (tried to figure out if it’s okay to check in after midnight) - the AI-assistance by phone was annoying. No one reacted to my question by email before - even though I tried it twice.
