The hotel is located 5min walking away from the main railway station. Across the street starts the pedestrian area of the city center so it is very convenient if you want to explore the city. The room was big, had a sofa.
The vibe of the hotel is a bit strange - a lot of dark marble in the lobby and foyers - seems a bit old fashioned. The room was big but it had only one small window, which was located in a separate niche in the room, which made the room dark and had to keep the lights switched on during the day. There was some food smell coming from the wardrobe.

The proximity to the Winter festival and restaurants was excellent. The overall cleanliness of the room was also great. Teh breakfast offerings had a wide variety that was appreciated.
One of the heaters in my room worked but was not adjustable. It was very difficult to balance the room temperature. It would be nice to have a top sheet option, not just a down blanket. No wash cloths were provided and the soap provided was not particularly affective.

Central location, beautiful lobby, easy check-in, and nice breakfast buffet.
Parking was full. We had to park in another place. The price for hotel parking is too high.

Some things are getting worn down, aquarium is partly out of order, big videoscreen reception kaputt, toilets reception locked or closed. Minor issues that have to attended to

The room was good, easy check-out.
The breakfast was bellow average for a 4 star hotel in Germany. The general feeling was cold, maybe due to the colour of the walls too, black, interesting choice. No cask accepted. No parking provided, had to use a nearby public parking.

Very clean, very smooth contactless check in/out, HUGE great Bathroom, Location.
The room itself was definitely smaller than it seems in the pictures. As a solo person with no luggage and just one night stay, it was fine for me. But for 2 people it might feel cramped.
