Pleasant
Gorgeous hall and chillout zone area. We got a huge room with a big bathroom. It was quiet, although the windows faced a big street. Personnel is fine, breakfast is good.
No fridge in the room. Of two elevators, one was broken the first day, and it was quite a challenge to get into the room and especially to the underground parking. The parking spaces are really tight - beware of the ceiling when opening the trunk!

Looked nice in photos until you get there .
Needs updated iron sticking out of table , floor and furniture dirty at reception. Only one lift working so was terrible trying to get to room as lift was always busy . Not enough staff for such a large hotel . Not worth the money would not go back again

Clean spacious room and access to the hotel from the parking garage.
We arrived quite late and just wanted to unwind in our room when we got there, however the hotel were saying my payment from booking.com hadn't be been received, I showed them my bank account and also the confirmation email. They took another payment but refunded it at check out, which could all have been avoided. The tv settings wouldn't change to english and there was no phone in the room to contact reception on
