We just stopped to sleep there, on the way to the UK. My husband has a birthday on leaving day, and the lady in reception has no problem organising a surprise for him on our breakfast. The breakfast table was nicely decorated, and staff was very nice to us.
The lift was not working, but it was not a big problem.

Central Station is noooot the place to be. Went out to get some bits and next day to catch the train - feels unsafe and full of homless&drug users.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, lovely spacious room and big comfortable bed. Free coffee and tea in the lobby, fridge in the room.
Would have liked our own kettle in the room. 2 single duvets on the bed instead of one big one just didnt work for us.
