We have stayed in many locations for Dortmund games, this hotel had three times larger rooms, more am7 than other places we have stayed, we will,stay here from now on.

Perfect location for attending a game at Signal Iduna Park. The hotel is right across the street.
Room size was good for a family of 3 and they added an additional bed for free. Facilities in general looked well kept and clean.
Definitely recommend and I would stay here again.

I came for a Borussia Dortmund football match so the location is brilliant as is the 12 noon check out so I could do a Stadium Tour. Staff very helpful in getting me a Taxi. Room spotless and shower excellent.
I am aware that due to its location you pay a premium which is OK. However, please do not sell me a double bed when it was clearly two singles put together which I dislike as I find it very uncomfortable. The mini bar and coffee / kettle where only discovered in a cupboard as i left in the morning. They could be more visable.

Location is great, rooms are huge, very friendly staff, good bang for buck
It looks dated and the new part of the hotel seems like it was assimilated by force :), the room equipment is kind of very basic, the room airco seems like a hamster is blowing through a straw.
