The staff was very friendly and helpful! All. Praise to them. Room was done earlier er so I could already store my suitcase and location next to the station was excellent as well.
No iron to iron my shirt, but in comparison to service not a big deal.

The location was good.
The room was clean.
When I arrive.The room was really cold. There are no hitting at all . Room so mall .
The next day, early morning, the smoke alarm starts with no reason.
And no service to room at all. I ask for breakfast, and they tell me just they have not for that day.

Hotel located very close to the central station.
Clean room, friendly staff., clean towels and linen.
Heating worked well.
The room close to the elevator was quite noisy, but the noisier ones were some tourists, a bit insensitive, who walked around and talked in unison between 12 and 3 in the morning.

I paid for breakfast for 10 people and was confident that my family would have breakfast provided.
However, in the morning, when we went down for breakfast, nothing had been prepared for us.
When I asked why this was the case, the staff responded in an aggressive and rude manner, asking “what exactly do you expect us to do for you.” I was informed that breakfast is served as a buffet, however no buffet was prepared.
After ordering scrambled eggs, we received a very small portion made from only a few eggs, without any sides. No explanation or alternative was offered.
Additionally, after ordering coffee, we waited several minutes and received only one coffee, despite being a group of 10 people.
We had planned to leave the hotel around 10:00 AM after breakfast, but due to the lack of organization and unprofessional service, we left the hotel around 11:00 AM, practically without having breakfast.
This entire situation ruined our day. We had a full day planned with family activities, and the stressful and disappointing morning experience negatively affected the rest of the day.
The service I paid for was not provided, and the way my family was treated was unacceptable. Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the breakfast paid for 10 people and an explanation of this situation.
