I made the reservation for my colleagues, who had to sleep in a van for the whole of first night because their self-check-in sistem didn't work. Nobody answered on their phone or e-mail so there is no safety in place for this kind of situation.

Clean, close to Dortmund city centre with a unique feel to the area and accessible travel. Spacious rooms. Team were really accommodating with our travel after disruption to our arrival time.
