I made the reservation for my colleagues, who had to sleep in a van for the whole of first night because their self-check-in sistem didn't work. Nobody answered on their phone or e-mail so there is no safety in place for this kind of situation.

Clean, close to Dortmund city centre with a unique feel to the area and accessible travel. Spacious rooms. Team were really accommodating with our travel after disruption to our arrival time.

The staff was friendly
Vending machine in lobby was broken, it was taking my money and not giving out the product. When staff was told they said to just not use it. WiFi was not working for the majority of the stay. Location is very remote
