Good central location, friendly staff and clean
Homeless people lurking in the underground car park made us feel nervous, but it’s a shared car park between the hotel and a business so sadly quite normal these days in large cities

Nice stuff, modern furniture.
Very thin walls - poor sound insulation - bad sleep. You can get burned in the shower - not normal temperature stability.

Position was good, perfect parking place.
The bed mattress was extremely hard, I couldn't rest. The room is small, the bathroom is like in a campsite.

Phone wasnt working, no light switches for the second person, old facility, we like to slewp on open window and no one told us the window will point to the busy road.

The location was good. It is close to the public transport. BVB Stadium was reachable on feet. The rooms are clean.
The room facilities are OK, but far from luxury. The bathroom cubicle has almost no noise insulation. The price was quite high.
