I was disappointed to find that WiFi access was unavailable in the rooms, forcing all residents to use the reception area for internet access. For a stay that is otherwise so clean and budget-friendly, this is a significant service gap that needs to be addressed. Connectivity is a basic expectation that was unfortunately not met during my stay.

Location great. Staff was helpful, as well as letting me have early check-in.
It was really basic room. Was hard to get bags upto level 4, lift only went to level 3. Shared bathroom facilities is not ideal.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed I traveled a long way for a doctor’s appointment and I wrote when I make the reservation that, my train will arrive late to Dortmund at 23:00 pm , so I will be in the hotel between (23:00-00:00), they took money from my account and when I arrived no employee was there to make check- in :( ... they should not accept the reservation if they can not offer this service....there is no transparency in communication and they are not professional. Also, at the outside door there is a paper with number and email of the hotel ...I called the numer when I arrived no body answer, I wrote an email the respond come that the email address is wrong and the name of hotel not Carlton?! :( ..... _______________________________________ [In other city and other hotel I wrote the arrival time maybe at 23:00 ,,and when I arrived I called the number of the hotel, the employee were responsible and professional so at 23:00 ,,the employee of the [hotel QR ] come and make( check_in) ]

The hotel has a nightclub nearby...very loud...noisy i couldn't sleep at night at all. If i knew this i would never stayed the night in this hotel.
