Excellent location, friendly staff and good bedrooms. Everything was super clean and can't have any complaints.
It can be a little bit loud on weekends nights as a lot of partying goes on around the streets in the city. Not a problem for me though!

It's the second time I come back, great spot, great price, always very clean, staff is very nice and helpful, Thanks heaps to the receptionist who waited for me till nearly 9 pm, as my flight & trains were late, it's been very stressful to learn 2 days before that the check in was closed at 8.30 pm, so I really appreciated his effort.
You can't do anything about the surroundings, I noticed an increase of agressive junkies hanging around at night, but you can't do anything about it

This is an interesting place :), is cheap, clean and spacious, bathroom is just outside of the room, and the big plus which I appreciate they still had the heating on which so good after being outside in the cold for full day. Location is central next to train stations and area is full of bars and restaurants and people partying...and partying
Since so many people are enjoying their life outside, good luck getting a good sleep in the night! You can hear the teenagers screaming all night, lound and crispy, till around 5:30 am in the morning, and all the noise comes directly in the room through the wooden windows! So if they would change the windows to PVC the problem would be solve..that's the only disadvantage...

Very good location, in the heart of Dortmund. Clean room, friendly staff, we stayed for only one night, next day we were going to another city. the hotel was 5 min walk from railway station and flixbus stop
