Our privately run hotel in the eastern outskirts of Dortmund enjoys a green and tranquil environment in a convenient location close to the motorway B1, the newly IT and Insurance hotspot Stadtkrone Ost, the football stadium Signal Iduna Park, the exhibition center Westfalenhallen Dortmund as well as the Dortmund airport. The Hotel Ambiente offers large and spacious rooms in a standard and comfort category, with Satelite tv, a desk, own bathroom with shower and free Wi-Fi internet access throughout the whole hotel. Every morning we serve in our modern styled restaurant a breakfast buffet. Relax with friends and business partners at our bar, in the lobby or on our outside terrace during the summer months. 6 of us stayed in Dortmund for the Newcastle match. The hotel staff were great and accommodated us arriving late due to train cancellations. They were very helpful, and the hotel was really comfortable and in pleasant surroundings, close to a great bakery and the tram into the city centre. Christian and his colleague were superb hosts and made our stay very enjoyable, despite losing the football match. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

It was very cosy, and nice. It really has some ambiente. The room was spacious, comfy, we felt very well there, loads of wood, it had a nice smell somehow. Great. It was also very clean there. To quote Friends: No just health department clean but Monica clean! Friendly staff. It was calm. Enough parking space.
Maybe there could be an electric kettle in the room to make some tea, or a small fridge.
