Everything was excellent from start to finish. Great location right by Phoenix-See — perfect for a walk and easy to get around Dortmund. The room was modern, very clean, and comfortable, with a really good bed. Breakfast was genuinely great: plenty of choice and everything fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, an ideal hotel for a Dortmund trip — I’m giving the highest score and would happily stay again.

It was super clean, staff was good, quite hotel at good location.
I am dissappinted about details. For example in the room there was no water, it was coffee but no water, no ear sticks and etc. Only shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer.

Excellent breakfast buffet, confortable and bright breakfast room.
The public areas of the hotel displayed a beautiful and warm Christmas decoration. The team put a lot of love and work to that.

The rooms are not very clean, there was a problem with heating and very hard mattresses, I had a pain in back after sleeping. The breakfast was very poor and already empty after 9.30. Only when I came up to the stuff, they brought a liitle food from the kitchen. Not awaited from Hilton at all
