Located near the lake which was nice, breakfast was alright (though a bit basic compared to another hotel in the same chain I visited), breakfast staff very friendly, room was clean, hotel has a 24 hour gym with basic equipment
Room has almost no closets or shelves, only some hangers, we had to keep our suitcases on the floor. No mini bar / fridge so no way to keep anything cold. Window opening restricted (for safety but wasn't great). Not enough lights in the room, even with everything turned on.

Wifi was not working in the hotel . When in asked I was told it is out already all day . Customers should be told prior to check in and not afterwards reactive .Wifi not working means I could not work.

my stay was awesome! the staff is very welcoming, everyone speaks english and are willing to help. great location too, feels very much safe and cozy. the breakfasts are great too!

The breakfast, quality and variety, is very good... keep this going!
The bed is very comfortable and the quality of the bath room is high level.
Very short distance the train station and the Underground - fast and easy travel to Dortmund City Center and Dortmund Central Station

Breakfast is rich, good coffee
Close to a lake, around plenty of nice restaurants( highly recommend Japanese and Italian one)

Located in a very nice residential area of Dortmund. Good hardware and pleasant reception service.
The room service is very disappointing. We stayed two nights and no room cleaning completely. We understood environmental friendly policy the hotel applies, however we expected room clean in a decent way.

Very Good
This new hotel has dispelled largely the belief that Hilton hotels are of consistently poor quality. The hotel was well designed, with excellent staff and largely attractive, let down principally by having: poor quality furnishings; a lack of basic toiletries; and no restaurant other than for breakfast. This is at best a good three star hotel.
Requires, some real furniture, decent toiletry products and a restaurant.
