Very nice Hotel, nice position and interesting facilities
The propriety was unable to arrange a double room with one king bed but I got room with 2 separate beds although reservation was done months upfront.

Just the location
Everything , rooms are old and nothing justify the 475 euro per night , no one comes to change sheets towels or clean , that’s super shocking for such a price

The location of the hotel was perfect, the staff couldn't be nicer and we could use the parking garage as well, very convenient. The room was clean and comfortably big, the bed was really spacious & nice, and we enjoyed the breakfast spread too.
The bathroom could've been a tiny bit cleaner & more fitted, we had half empty bottles of body wash & hand wash & only one roll of TP at first, but everything else was really great.

Fantastic location right next to the Westfahlenhallen where I went for ComicCon. The staff were very friendly, the room comfortable, clean and elegant, and there was a beautiful Christmas tree in the foyer. And, last but certainly not least, there were great vegan options at breakfast, something every other hotel I‘ve stayed in was sorely lacking. For this alone I‘d have given the best review possible. Thank you for thinking of your vegan guests!
