Dieckmanns was a great find, we stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and we had a great stay, apartment fully equipped and was great to chill out in with family.
The staff were absolutely brilliant, friendly, professional and always willing to help where could.

Had booked the suite for 2 nights but when we reached the hotel, the manager told that due to some technical error the suite is not available. Had paid extra for the suite and didn’t get any refund for a smaller room

Excellent location, not far from the motorway, but really quiet and based in area with no unwanted noise. Stopped here on a trip across Europe and picked a good hotel. The food was great and the staff were very helpful. I would book again when making the same trip. You can not go wrong!

Clean and tidy rooms.
Despite being one of the few guests in the hotel, we were given the room closest to the highway which was rather noisy. Waking up in the morning due to traffic is not so pleasant.
Furthermore, the breakfast was just average and not really worth 9,5 € p.p.

Special shout out to Nadina, she was extremely helpful during our stay. The hotel is in a great location, perfect for dog walking and easy to get to from highways around Dortmund. I'll visit again whilst driving through Germany.
