The room is newly renovated, clean, close to city centre. It is a hotel with its own coffee shop and you have breakfast at the coffee shop. Cleaning - upon request.
The WiFi on the 4th floor was terrible.
Reception was not a usual one. I haven’t seen a receptionist there, coffee shop’s assistants were substituting.

A very nice hotel at a top location- rigjt at the city center, a few minutes away from the Central railway station. The breakfast was exceptional, as well as the coffee. I would like to mention the brand new bathroom, which was perfectly clean.
It was a little bit noisy, but that is to be expected due to the central location, so not an issue

There was a problem with the sink, it didn't work properly, but as my stay was for 1 night, it didn't annoy me.

Room was clean and nicely set up, bathroom big and a good shower.
There is no one in the hotel to host or welcome you. Everything is done via app and if something does not work there is no chance to reach for help. It was very unsettling and uncomfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights, without wifi. The hairdryer didn't work, the shower had problems. They changed our room, but the wifi problem persisted. They never came to change the sheets or to clean. Not the best experience..

Family room felt a little small, but they did mention the size and was reflected in the price
No kettle in room. When asked, one was provided in the lounge area, but was taken away the next day.
Breakfast was ... ok .. no hot breakfast options.

The location and staff were great. I like that their room was spacious and clean but I wish there was kettle in the room to make a tea. Breakfast was very good, mostly bio products.
I would add a sauna and kettle and soft boiled eggs ;)
But seriously the only thing that I didn’t like was the heating. I had a problem to set it up. Normal radiator would be easier. In the end it worked out so all good.

perfect , latest trendy design room, comfortable bed, 3 different size pillows,
king size shower , no oldfashioned hotel room cabinets, only open shelfs, with hangers, which fits to the new trend
breakfast is amazing, the choice is much wider and top quality , than excepted
my top favourite, freshly peeled pineapple slices,
location cannot be better, just 100m off the main highstreet , walking street,
with all shopchains we know and big department stores
the coffee fellow athmosphere was perfect in the lobby, coffee was fine
and the barista lady did my flat white in a drinkable heat, as I asked her
all in all it is a new trendy mixture, a coffee with a hotel, we will always come back when in town,
or coffee fellows hotel is in our target destination
