Good breakfast and a lobby bar, which is working until late at night!
There are 2 building with hotel rooms, so if you are in the second one, you have to go to the first one for breakfast and reception. They are pretty near to each other, but still if you have luggage or if it rains, it is not quite comfortable.

Everything: bed, pillows, design of interior, cleanliness, tasty and diverse breakfast, proximity to the main train station.
The system of online checking-in. The experience was not pleasant. We had to clarify at the reception desk the extra payments which the system offered to pay. But only thanks to the manager who checked everything himself we even got back a small refund. So be careful and check yourselves all the amounts.

Nice and friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, good location just 4-5 minutes walk from the train station.
Slow slow wifi. The beds are a bit too soft for me, but they are acceptable.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, just a few meters from the central train station, with several metro access points and right next to the city’s main street, where all the major brands and restaurants are located.
I believe they could improve the hotel’s façade and entrance. When I first arrived, I was a bit hesitant, but after reaching the reception on the second floor, I found the place very pleasant. Although the staff is friendly, remember that you are working in tourism. When guests arrive, talk to them about the city, suggest places to visit and eat, etc. This makes a big difference and even makes us consider coming back and recommending the hotel to others. Lastly, some of the walls in the room I stayed in could use a fresh coat of paint.

Lovely location 5 min walk to thr main train station and its literally in the middle of everything. Great location nice cozy hotel.
No coffe in the room and mot complimentary water. Little construction in another building.
