Very close to the Borussia Dortmund stadium. I was in Dortmund for UCL match so for me was extremely convenient.
The pricing was spicy because of the match and also paid parking which should have been included if you stay there. Other than that no complaints, clean.

Perfect location next to BVB arena. Parking is blocked for hotel guests only. Easy check-in process and small but good breakfast.
Very thin walls, so we could hear our neighbors talk until late in the night. Not very comfortable to sleep in.

Very friendly - the usual basic B&B room, very clean. I like the option to use a code to access the room. The continental breakfast was fine. No cooked options, but I didn‘t need any.

No staff after 6, so if you arrive after and face some issue.. you have to call and discuss. No trash bin in the room. No phones. Old fashioned AC in rooms. There is no water or kettle in the room. Sometimes, the door won't accept the secret number to open the room. No safety box. I don't recommend it at all. The beds and blankets were super small.
